Torryburn Stud’s ‘plain bay fellow’, and now established super star, Voyage Bubble added another jewel to his crown at Sha Tin on Sunday winning the Group I The Steward’s Cup.

Windsor Park Stud has drawn on a diverse range of sires from across Australasia to make up its Karaka 2025 yearling draft, but a week out from the sale, all eyes will be on one of their own stallions.

The eyes of the bloodstock world will be on Riverside Stables on April 6 and 7 for this year’s Easter Yearling Sale, for which the catalogue is now available online.

Coming out of his most successful sale ever  in terms of average at Magic Millions, Snitzel is the most represented sire at Inglis Easter with 45 followed by Zoustar, whose draft of 36 is sure to include some million dollar yearlings that were missing for him at the Gold Coast this year.

Last year the Inglis Easter vendor break up was dominated by Arrowfield, who catalogued 20 more yearlings than anybody else, but this year’s select catalogue of 421 lots is a more balanced affair.

Unbeaten three-year-old Dealt With has booked himself a ticket to the big dance with victory in Sunday’s Elsdon Park 1400, but it wasn’t without a heart-stopping moment in the home straight for Roger James and Robert Wellwood. 

The 2-year-old Shalaa (IRE) filly Winning Proposal brought up a 300-win milestone for trainer Kristen Buchanan when earning a second win in four starts in the Exceedance @ Vinery Stud Hcp (1100m) at Warwick Farm.
