Yarraman Draft a Classic Golden Opportunity

Sponsored Content - by Tara Madgwick - Monday February 5

Yarraman Park is home to I Am Invincible and Hellbent, who currently lead the Australian General Sires List and the Third Season Sires List respectively and their draft of 23 for Inglis Classic features eight yearlings by the dynamic father and son duo.

I Am Invincible has three yearlings to be offered by Yarraman and one of them is a filly whose pedigree is going to make her highly desirable for those seeking that ‘residual value’ investment filly with a long end game.

Lot 569 is the first foal of stakes-winning Zoustar mare Persuader, a full sister to Group I ATC Flight Stakes winner Zougotcha and half-sister to stakes-winner The Actuary, whose first foal, a colt by Zoustar, sold for $760,000 at Magic Millions last month to Yulong.

Lot 569

It’s the family of Golden Slipper winner Crystal Lily and a host of other Contract Racing bred stakes-winners carrying the Crystal prefix and there are plentiful young mares being bred to commercial stallions making it a family very much on the move.

The dam of this filly Persuader had a filly last spring by So You Think and is now in foal to Justify (USA), while The Actuary had a filly last year by Zoustar and is back in foal to him as is her grand-dam Fast Talker.
