Trained by Peter and Paul Snowden, Revolutionary Miss is a mare in the zone at present and connections elected to strike while the iron is hot with a quick back up and she rose to the challenge.

She powered clear under Mick Dee to win by nearly two lengths in a dominant display.

“She's a mare in good form and when mares get in good form they hold it and she's doing exactly that right now,” said Peter Snowden.

"These sort of races suit her perfectly because they're set weights races, she's won about one-and-a-half million dollars in prize money now and she's beating horses that are just going thorough the grades, I call them bread and butter races, they're very important for her, she's got a tremendous record and it won't be long before she goes to a sale and no doubt she'll be worth a lot of money.

A $195,000 Magic Millions purchase for Triple Crown Syndications from the Sledmere Stud draft, Revolutionary Miss was bred by China Horse Club and is a half-sister to stakes-winner Equation from stakes-placed Onemorenomore mare Purcentage. She has the overall record of six wins and six placings from 23 starts with prizemoney topping $1.5million.

Peter Snowden will look to up the ante with Revolutionary Miss when she returns to Sydney with the Group I ATC Coolmore Classic on March 16 on the agenda.

"That'll be her next target, she deserves a crack at a decent race now, she's earnt the right to be there, her ratings are up nice and high and she'll be competitive,” he said.

“If she gets a good draw, she can race on speed, she's learnt to tough races out well now."

Purcentage has a yearling colt by Savabeel that was sold by The Chase at Magic Millions fetching $300,000 to the bid of David Ellis and she was covered again last spring by Russian Revolution.
