Buyers must register on Gavelhouse Plus in advance in order to gain bidding approval. There is also no benefit in letting the clock run down to the final seconds before bidding. The auction will keep auto-extending and you risk missing out if your internet connection drops out. Setting an auto-bid is the best way to ensure your bids are accepted as gavelhouse.com cannot identify loss of online connection or browser issues at the user’s end. Google Chrome and Safari are the recommended internet browsers.

All yearlings catalogued have been inspected by NZB and New Zealand-based agents, who will be able to provide inspection notes and evaluations for buyers. Get in touch with the team for assistance.

All yearlings purchased are eligible to be nominated for NZB’s lucrative Karaka Millions Series. Just nine short months after they make their virtual sale-ring debut, graduates can compete for a share of the $1m TAB Karaka Millions 2YO (1200m), the $1.5m TAB Karaka Millions 3YO (1600m) as well as the NZB Mega Maiden Bonus Series with $1m in bonuses up for grabs across 40 maiden races each season. Entries close Monday 30 June 2025.

As a one-off, NZTBA have offered to extend the early bird offer for entries to the Entain-NZB Insurance Pearl Series for all fillies offered in the upcoming National Online Yearling Sale held on Gavelhouse Plus. With bidding closing from 6pm on Tuesday 1 April, buyers will have until 5pm (NZT) this Thursday 3 April to secure entry at the discounted rate of $1,000 + GST — a saving of $500 + GST.

Once you have made a purchase, every aspect can be managed by NZB including airfreight, transport, agistment, insurance and finance. Call the team on +64 9 298 0055 for assistance.

For all passed in Lots please contact NZB's Sales Representative Andrew Buick (+64 27 555 0640 or Andrew.Buick@nzb.co.nz).
