Juvenile Trial Watch – Caulfield

Tara Madgwick - Thursday October 2

Three barrier trials at Caulfield on Thursday morning produced heat winners for first season sires Wild Ruler and Profiteer with the quickest winner being Free Flying, the half-sister by Snitzel to brilliant Group winning mare Learning to Fly.

Trained by the Lindsay Park team, Free Flying showed all the speed and precocity that have made her female family one of the most commercial in the country. The fleet footed bay skipped clear to win the 800m heat by a length.
