Yearlings by the likes of Extreme Choice, Russian Revolution, Shamus Award and Toronado headline an enticing catalogue for the Inglis Gold Yearling Sale.
A total of 191 lots have been finalised for the sale, which will be held at Oaklands Junction on Sunday May 14.
Of the 191 lots, 120 are Super VOBIS nominated, while there are also BOBS eligible and TASBRED yearlings catalogued, opening up so many added financial windfalls for owners.

As history shows, there is plenty of quality on offer at the Gold Sale for those who do their due diligence.
The sale continues to punch above its weight in terms of racetrack results, particularly when you consider that the average price at the sale in 2022 was less than $20,000.
Such is the value available, recent G1-winning graduates such as Lunar Fox, Savatoxl, Media Award and Malaguerra could have been sourced at Gold for a combined $85,000 – they have won just shy of $4.5m between them.
Most recently, one of Victoria’s most promising young horses Papillon Club, a winner of three of her six starts (with three minor placings) including a G3, is also a graduate of the Gold Sale.
This year’s catalogue includes progeny of proven and emerging stallions such as Extreme Choice, Russian Revolution, Dundeel, Toronado, Capitalist, Shamus Award, Lonhro, All Too Hard, Brave Smash, Rubick, Brazen Beau, Justify, Grunt, Pride Of Dubai etc, as well as first season sires Too Darn Hot, Blue Point, Yes Yes Yes, Alabama Express, Omaha Beach, Brutal, Zousain, Strasbourg, Dubious, Calyx, Tassort, Vino Rosso, Royal Meeting, I Am Immortal, Cliffs Edge, Unite And Conquer, D’Argento, Soul Patch, Prince Of Caviar and Royal Symphony.
Inglis’ Victorian Bloodstock Manager James Price urged buyers to focus on the value available at the Gold Sale.
“Aside from the G1 winners, other money-spinners to graduate from the sale include the likes of Express Pass, a winner of over $530,000 having been bought for just $38,000, La Falaise, a G2 winner of over $255,000, bought for just $5000, Free To Move, who has won over $327,000 having been picked up for $8000 and, most famously, Mahamedeis, a winner of over $1.2m having been bought for just $24,000,’’ Price said.
