AQUIS & KRISTEN MANNING announce Glenfiddich competition winners

Media Release - Wednesday September 6

On the back of a highly successful promotion last spring, Aquis Farm and Kristen Manning were again pleased to team up to find the perfect mares for the exciting young stallion GLENFIDDICH.

Glenfiddich, test your mare with a Hypo mating.

A competition announced last month saw broodmare owners submit their mares for pedigree analysis by Manning who has been busy delving through a lovely group of mares, keen to find those who look just the right matches.

As it happened, she could not split two well credentialled mares and Aquis are generously offering the owners of both of those mares a free 2023 nomination to Glenfiddich.

The lucky winners are...

Amanda Ikin, Feisty Gem: a Sebring mare out of a half-sister to the triple Gr.1 winner Drawn. She boasts a 4 X 4 cross of the terrific mare Rolls via Flying Spur and Encosta de Lago whilst Glenfiddich carries a strain of their relation L'Enjoleur.

Shelley Piper, Too Much Champagne: a half-sister to the stakes winners Stokehouse and Malasun and to the dams of the stakes winners Malaboom and Regardsmaree. The foal will boast crosses of the outstanding mares Fanfreluche and Flower Bowl.

A further group of mares who also matched up well will be offered a discount with Aquis looking forward to making the most of Glenfiddich's exciting pedigree.
