Newhaven Park sold horses to star this season include Group and stakes-winners Encap, The Playwright and Gold Bullion, while unbeaten filly Autumn Glow is warming up for her highly anticipated autumn campaign following a flawless spring that ended with a facile win in the Group II ATC Tea Rose Stakes.

Newhaven Park based sires Xtravagant (NZ) and Cool Aza Beel (NZ) have also delivered great results for their supporters with the former producing 40 winners this season including stakes performers Celestial Wonder and Devoted as well as slick sprinter Nadal, winner of the $1million Ladbrokes Meteorite at Cranbourne.

With his oldest progeny just two year-olds, Cool Aza Beel has had two stakes horses in Cobra Club ad Cool Archie, plus a smart winner in Cool as a Rene from a handful of runners.

Lot 251 Colt Xtravagant x Autumn, by Medaglia D’Oro (USA)

Half-brother to a winner and is third foal of a winning daughter of imported Group II winner Spring Venture (USA). This colt is a forward and fluid mover.

The dam has Very Famous (2yo filly by Nicconi) that won a jumpout and looks set to continue the winning tradition and he’s a young sire looking to make his mark in Fierce Impact.

Third foal of an unraced half-sister to stakes-winner Vienna Miss and to the dam of stakes-winners Let it Slip and Gangbuster. This fast and athletic filly is a great type with an attitude to match.
