2025 Golden Slipper Barrier Draw

Breednet - Tuesday March 18

The two Golden Slipper favourites drew the two inside gates at Tuesday’s barrier draw for the Group One feature with Tempted in one, Wodeton in two - here is the full field and barrier draw.

Wodeton to be ridden by James McDonald has been the long-time favourite for the race despite only winning one of his three starts and he’ll hold that top of the market spot now he’s drawn the perfect barrier.

The fortunes were mixed for Godolphin with Tempted’s stablemate Beiwacht given no favours from gate 16, while Kris Lees will be ecstatic with his unbeaten colt Rivellino drawing in three.

First season sire Farnan is the most represented sire in the race with three runners, the most favoured of those, North England drawing the best in nine.
