Ole Kirk share headlines strong September (Early) Online Sale

Media Release - Friday September 5

A share in - and mares in foal to - reigning Champion First Season Sire Ole Kirk are joined by a bevy of quality racing and breeding stock in the Inglis Digital September (Early) Online Sale, which is now open for bidding.

The dual G1 winner Ole Kirk (pictured) produced four Stakes-winning 2YOs in his first crop - two pre-Christmas – including Group winners King Kirk and Legacy Bound and has the undefeated favourite Ole Dancer in tomorrow’s Listed Atlantic Jewel Stakes at Moonee Valley.

A share in Ole Kirk will be offered for sale.

The stallion share will provide rare and guaranteed access to the most exciting young sire in the Southern Hemisphere, at a time when demand for his services far exceeds supply.

Starbook (Exceed And Excel) and Cocktail (Smart Missile) are two well-bred mares in the sale both offered in foal to Ole Kirk.

Starbook is a three-quarter sister to G1 winner Amber Sky while Cocktail is a half sister to G1 winner Oohood and Breakfast In Bed, the dam of dual G1-winning 2YO and now stallion King’s Legacy.

There are also stallion shares in fellow exciting young sire Southport Tycoon – a dual G1-winning son of Written Tycoon, just like Ole Kirk – and proven G1-producing stallion All Too Hard.

Fashion Diva is another enticing entry in the sale.

The 3YO filly is an unraced Wootton Bassett half sister to last weekend’s impressive G3 Heath Stakes winner Tropicus.

She is being offered unreserved as a racing and breeding prospect.
