Debut Winner for War

Blue Gum Farm's well bred More Than Ready (USA) stallion War posted his second winner with a debut victory at Geelong on Monday for All in Brawl.

WarTrained by John Price, All in Brawl was driven forward to lead by Ben Melham and forged clear in the run to the line to win the 1100 metre maiden by a length and a half.

A $20,000 Magic Millions Adelaide purchase for his trainer from the Phoenix Broodmare Farm draft, All in Brawl is the first winner for Johannesburg (USA) mare Magic of Melbourne, who comes from the family of Group I winners Magic of Sydney and Daney Boy.

A Group III winning half-brother to Group I winner Fenway from the famed Joie Denis family that has given us superstars such as More Joyous and Tuesday Joy, War stands at a fee of $6,600 this spring.
