Some of the biggest vendors like to get their Magic Millions yearling images uploaded before Christmas, so we’ve gone through to take a look at some of the pedigree standouts for those of us that have not been touring the farms to see them in the flesh.

Lot 48 Colt Sioux Nation (USA) x Firemaid (USA) – Widden Stud

Half-brother to G1 MRC Oakleigh Plate winner Shamal Wind.

Lot 61 Filly Trapeze Artist x Fratianne – Widden Stud

Half-sister to G2 winner Tenley and G3 winner Biscayne Bay, who was third in this year’s G1 VRC Oaks.

Lot 63 Colt Exceed and Excel x French Fern – Sledmere Stud

From G2 winner French Fern and is half-brother to last Saturday’s 2YO winner Russian Warrior.

Lot 177 Colt Zoustar x Khulaasa – Vinery Stud

First foal of G3 Khulaasa.

Lot 256 Filly All Too Hard x Mid Summer Music – Cressfield

From G1 winner Mid Summer Music, who produced a promising maiden winner last Saturday in Hellfest.

Lot 277  Filly Zoustar x Modern Wonder – Kia Ora Stud

First foal of SW Modern Wonder, a full sister to $3.3million earning G2 winner and Magic Millions 2YO Classic winner Away Game.
