Get the Right Intel

Media Release - Tuesday February 15

The thoroughbred industry has never been as simple and straight forward and finding a winning formula is like a game of chess … you always need to be one step ahead.

Ash Richards

Recognising that need to find an edge and develop “innovative bloodstock solutions”, Ash Richards has established Intel Bloodstock to partner with breeders and trainers.

Leveraging 20 years in the thoroughbred industry and with a unique approach, the focus of Intel is uncovering opportunities.

“At Intel Bloodstock we tailor programs to suit individual needs,” Ash points out.

“This isn’t a ‘one-size-fits-all’ industry and there a lot of variables that need to be taken into account. We undertake to fully research the needs and then design a strategy to achieve the desired outcomes for goals in breeding, racing or both.

“And, a plan is only as good as its execution, so we call upon management systems built off years of experience and manage each and every step of the process for my clients.”

Richards certainly has the runs on the board with a lifelong love of racing, along with roles that include mounting yard analysis, form analysis, journalism, stable work and, as a student at the Marcus Oldham Horse Business Management course. For the last five years Ash has worked closely with breeders in his sales and nominations role at Sun Stud and at Widden Stud Victoria.

Along with an ability to think outside the square, those roles has seen Ash develop strong relationships and find niches and edges in the marketplace that have, and will, benefit clients to reach their desired outcomes.

“We’ve hit the ground running and you can learn more about our services at intelbloodstock.com,” Ash reveals.

“I’m really looking forward to what lays ahead … prizemoney in this country has increased by over 80% in the last 10 years breeders are experiencing incredible returns on investment. There’s never been a better time to be involved in this sport and Intel is also putting its money where its mouth is with a growing band of broodmares and racehorses.”
