Debut Winner for Trapeze Artist

Tara Madgwick - Saturday February 11

Trained by Michael Freedman, speedy Trapeze Artist filly Allaboutella made a winning debut at Newcastle on Saturday.

Well educated at the trials, Allaboutella started second favourite for the 900m juvenile maiden and finished with a determined late charge to snatch a last stride win in a thrilling three way finish.

A $430,000 Inglis Classic purchase for Suman Hedge Bloodstock from the Vinery Stud draft, Allaboutella runs for Iskander Racing and Breeding in partnership with Hedge.

She was bred by Phoenix Thoroughbreds and is the first living foal from Group III winner Zelady’s Night Out, a half-sister by Myboycharlie (IRE) to Group III winner Excites Zelady.

Allboutella was the most expensive yearling by Trapeze Artist sold at Inglis Classic last year.

Allaboutella was the most expensive yearling by Trapeze Artist sold at Inglis Classic last year and is his second highest priced filly ever sold.

Allaboutella is the second winner for Widden Stud’s Champion 3YO Trapeze Artist, who has 17 entries for Inglis Classic.
